Love lattes? Try this easy homemade blondie latte. If you like change or are looking for some new ideas in your coffee routine, this is a tasty one.

This spiced up coffee with chai, turmeric, sweetener of your choice and milk (dairy or nondairy), is a soothing and energizing drink. This is a healthier coffee alternative to a latte loaded with sugar and other additives that you might order at a cafe.  

Take a break from routine and try this at home.

Blondie Latte Recipe

1 8 oz cup

  • Fresh brewed coffee
  • 1/2 tsp chai (we used the pure spice blend from Oscar's Chai)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric 
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) (we used Purinton Maple)
  • Steamed milk (we used fresh made almond milk with Fat Uncle Farms Almonds)
  • Add coconut oil (optional)

Brew the coffee of your choice. Into a cup, add your spices and sweetener. Fill the cup a quarter of the way, whisk the coffee and spices. Pour in the milk and coffee together, then top with foam. You can easily whisk milk at home by first heating it (microwave a 1/4 cup in for 22 seconds), then with an electric whisk, frappe until foamy.
