While a large portion of America has turned to meal kits for weekly food, there are some things a meal kit can't deliver very well and that's broth. A good broth adds layers of complexity to food that you can never achieve with basic seasoning alone. When you make your own broth you get to choose your favorite ingredients, seasoning and ensure the sources are ones you approve of.
Get comfortable with a recipe you love and you'll never quit it. Using broth regularly is a great addition to your cooking.
